“There is no greater agony than carrying an untold story inside you”.

Maya Angelou

  • "Kelsey was the most helpful, supportive therapist I've ever had. She created a very safe space; incorporating feedback about my needs. She is an extraordinary listener and a respectful, thoughtful, and intentional collaborator who empowered, saw and heard me."

    EF, Therapy Client

  • "Kelsey made me feel extremely comfortable during my most troubling situations. She always met me where I was and created a non-judgmental space where I felt understood. I cannot thank her enough for her guidance, acceptance, openness and positivity. "

    MC, Therapy Client

  • "Kelsey helped me get sober, finally establish independence, explore my queer identity, and create thriving relationships. She always made me feel safe, seen, and grounded in my own body instead of trapped in my anxiety. I'm eternally grateful for her presence in my healing journey."

    DR, Therapy Client

  • "Our work together was the most positive and life-affirming correspondence that I've had to date in many, many years of experience with mental health professionals. I can’t thank Kelsey enough for guiding me to a point when my anxieties faded into a background noise rather than a paralyzing constant fact of life, and even when things were at their worst it relieved some of the pain I was going through to be able to express exactly what was going on in my head."
